Sugar Land police stopped a motorist for driving while intoxicated early Friday and investigated a vehicle break-in on Thursday.

The DWI occurred in the 16900 block of U.S. 59 South.

The vehicle break-in was reported in the 2700 block of Town Center Boulevard North.

Also, police recovered an abandoned vehicle Thursday in the 14100 block of the northbound feeder of U.S. 59.
