Barry D. Yeats, a financial associate with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans based in Richmond recently completed Thrivent Financial’s “Steps to Success” workshop in Minneapolis.

The workshop broadens financial representatives’ advisory skills, the company said, enabling them to offer more comprehensive financial strategies to their clients.

“Barry has shown tremendous ability in meeting our members’ financial needs,” said Carol VanRooy, Thrivent Financial director of new financial associate development. "We're excited to see Barry continue to build his business with additional knowledge, skills and experience of value to members.”

Yeats joined Thrivent Financial in January. He is affiliated with Thrivent Financial’s Regional Financial Office in Houston.
